Partition wall apartment/apartment and apartment/hallway is composed of Silka block 11.5 + 10 cm Isover insulation + Gypsum board.

Facade carpentry
Driven by the desire to constantly raise standards in construction with this facility and to introduce the best innovations that exist on the market, for glazed surfaces (facade joinery - windows), we chose the renowned German company Schȕco.
addition to a long tradition, the quality of carpentry of this brand is evidenced by the coefficients of thermal, light and sound insulation and multi-comfort provided by this carpentry: Thermal profile coefficient 0.92 kw/m² / Three-layer, low-emission glass / Sound protection glass, three-layer thermal package, in accordance with the law and permissible ambient noise up to 35 db. This excellent sound insulation in practice means that you will have quiet homes, where you will be able to rest peacefully and without noise, and recharge your batteries with healthy sleep.

Floor insulation
Floor insulation is provided by a floating floor installation system, Isover floor 3 cm stone wool insulation and thermosilant foil, with edge strips separating the floor from the wall, so as not to transmit impact sound and improve sound insulation by 32 to 35 db.
The supplemented sound insulation, thanks to the composition of the floating floor and stone wool, prevents the vertical transmission of impact sound, which protects the residents from the so-called sound pollution.
Low noise pipes
By installing low-noise pipes in the sewerage network of the complex, we have ensured the reduction of noise levels and protection against sound pollution in the apartments.
We have achieved this by installing high-quality, multilayer, polypropylene ULTRA SILENT low-noise pipes in the building structure of the building, by the renowned manufacturer Huliot, which gives them a 10 year warranty.
Low-noise pipes are an eco product with recyclability, with the international label Green Label, and a vertical distribution that has 24 db sound absorption, while the horizontal distribution (under the ceiling in the bathroom) is additionally wrapped with Termotek mineral foil insulation, which provides additional 17 db sound insulation.
