KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, AND LIVING ROOM: The interior of these apartments is dominated by a neutral-toned sofa made of soft Mercis plush. This is an exceptionally pleasant corner for sitting and relaxing, with the additional possibility of transforming into a comfortable bed for two. The apartments are fully equipped with complete kitchen and dining accessories made of porcelain, glass, and stainless steel, which complement the interior style and refresh the color scheme, enhanced by decorative items from the well-known Kare brand.
BEDROOM: For the utmost comfort of the bedroom, we have chosen hotel-grade boxspring beds with innovative cores and the ability for individual adjustments, complete with mattresses and mattress toppers. The bedding is made of high-quality cotton damask, and there are anti-allergenic pillows and duvets. The interior is harmoniously complemented by light marquee and blackout curtains, designed to shield you from early morning light.
BATHROOM: The futuristic bathrooms are fully equipped with modern, functional elements in an elegant black and white design, featuring large-format and small 3D tiles. Additionally, there are exceptionally high-quality and soft cotton towels, a hairdryer, and hotel-grade toiletries.
EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES: The most state-of-the-art technology enhances the enjoyment within the apartments: an oven, built-in kitchen stove, refrigerator, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom (along with cable TV and internet).
TERRACE: Each apartment has its own access to a terrace, which can be reached from both the living room and the bedroom (in most apartments). The perfect view of the Zlatibor landscapes is complemented by carefully selected terrace furniture that provides extra comfort.

In the spirit of ultra-modern style and comfort, painted in natural tones with carefully designed decorative elements of XXI century architecture, Penthouse apartments with “Signature” interior design, will have the signature of the “21st Century Zlatibor” collection.
In addition to the basic furniture and equipment (but significantly more luxurious), we highlight: a hydromassagetub on the terrace (of each Penthouse apartment), adapted to both summer and winter conditions, furniture for resting and sunbathing, and daily “room service” from the Great Gatsby restaurant.
The interior of the apartment is additionally decorated with a natural fireplace, as well as perfect leather upholstery from the famous Italian brand Natuzzi.
